COACHING
> I love learning - since completing my first degree in History at University College London (UCL), I have earned a Masters in International Relations at Oxford University, trained as a Coach with The Coaching School in London and become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.

> I have shifted my career twice – moving from a graduate job in PwC to the think tank sector in my 20s and becoming a coach while working in government in my 30s. The running thread throughout my research, policy and coaching career is helping people see things from different perspectives and igniting light-bulb moments.
> I was born in London and brought up in two cultures – British and Indian – so know what it’s like to balance different cultural expectations and norms. During my 30s, I moved from the UK to New Zealand – settling into a new home, starting a new job and adapting to a new environment all at the same time.

> I am a mum, but my journey to parenthood was not an easy one. I understand well the challenges of trying to build a family in the first place and the messy reality of parenting small children!

> I am naturally introverted and love 1:1 conversations with people who inspire me. The thing that gets me most excited is working with creative, thoughtful and interesting individuals who want to make a bigger impact and have some drive to make it happen.
